Pilot Site

Pilot enrollment and organization-specific implementation support in one place

This public pilot hub is where participating institutions can request access, find their organization-specific pilot page, and prepare for onboarding without mixing pilot operations into the main marketing site.

Pilot readiness

Prospective pilot users usually need three things before they are ready to move: fit, timing, and onboarding clarity. Use this checklist to decide whether you are ready to open a pilot conversation.

1

Identify the faculty members or departments that want to participate.

2

Choose the target term and the first course or assignment to evaluate.

3

Confirm LMS context, especially Blackboard-related setup questions.

4

Review pilot terms, privacy expectations, and faculty support needs.

What To Expect

1. Interest and Fit Review

Submit a request so the pilot team can understand your role, course context, and implementation goals before onboarding begins.

2. Onboarding and Training

Approved pilots receive onboarding guidance, training sessions, and organization-specific support links through the pilot site.

3. Implementation and Follow-Up

Pilot participants move into live support, milestone tracking, and follow-up reflection with a clearer public-facing coordination hub.

Pilot resources

Use this hub to coordinate enrollment, onboarding, and pilot facilitation while the Blackboard-connected VerbalCheck experience remains unchanged for end users.

Pilot Support

  • Organization pages now own their own timelines, status, next step, training sessions, and resource links.
  • Request-access submissions now collect role, department, term, and LMS context for better follow-up.
  • Public pilot content stays separated from the core application while using the same admin-controlled records.

Pilot organizations

Each participating organization can now have its own public pilot page with contacts, onboarding sequence, training resources, and its own timeline details.

VerbalCheck is under consideration for pilot approval by TCC administration. Once approved, our pilot is anticipated to begin over the 2026 summer semester.

Find your organization

Pilot access requests are now submitted only from each organization's pilot page so the request stays tied to the right timeline, LMS context, and onboarding path.

Choose your organization below, review the organization-specific pilot page, and submit the request from there.

This keeps pilot intake attached to the correct organization record instead of sending every request through the same generic home-page path.

Participation in the VerbalCheck pilot is voluntary. Please review the Pilot Terms outlining data use and instructional responsibilities. View VerbalCheck Pilot Terms (PDF)

After selecting an organization, open that organization page to review details and submit the pilot access request.
